Account restructure
Reworked the Google Ads structure for tighter control, cutting budget waste across campaigns.
Client results · Lead generation
Four client programmes, reported from the ad platforms themselves: Revitalise London, an aesthetics clinic in one of the most competitive local markets in the country; Gloriously Green Landscaping, a premium artificial grass installer; Colledge & Shields, a law firm working with a deliberately limited budget; and Big Day Productions, a weddings business rebuilt around Meta lead generation. Every figure below is an actual, with its reporting period named.

Client media
A clinic offer needs to feel local, visible and appointment-ready before a patient ever enquires.
Revitalise London used the same local presence in its own content: Harley Street credibility, Westfield Stratford visibility and a clear route from interest to booking.

The challenge
Aesthetics is one of the most contested paid-search categories in London: high click costs, aggressive competitors and a history of cheap enquiries that never became appointments. The brief was bookings, not form fills.
What we did
Reworked the Google Ads structure for tighter control, cutting budget waste across campaigns.
Built dedicated landing pages to lift conversion rate and filter for lead quality at the same time.
Fixed conversion tracking end to end, so every optimisation decision was made on real booking data.
The result
Conversion rate multiplied by 7.5× and lead volume multiplied by 10×. The clinic reduced its own budget simply to keep pace with enquiries, and hired a full-time team member just to contact leads back. 30% of leads booked immediately; the rest entered a structured follow-up pipeline through remarketing across Google, Meta and email.
What it means for you
Leads are only half the system. The other half is what happens in the first minutes after one arrives. Speed-to-lead and structured follow-up are what turned 3,000 enquiries into a full diary. We build both halves.

Case study 02 · Artificial grass installation
Gloriously Green Landscaping supplies and installs premium artificial grass across Surrey and the surrounding Home Counties. The brief was to move beyond a growth ceiling, win more high-quality installation enquiries and scale without allowing acquisition costs to climb.

What changed
Increased by nearly 170% to capture more high-intent prospects searching for artificial grass installation.
Bidding was restructured, reducing cost per click by 28% and allowing the budget to generate twice the click volume.
Targeting and landing-page relevance were refined, producing 2.7× more conversions at a 39% lower acquisition cost.
Case study 03 · Law firm
Colledge & Shields had a deliberately limited budget for paid advertising, which made maximising every pound spent essential. With click costs in the legal industry among the most competitive anywhere, they needed high-quality enquiries without bidding on expensive, contested keywords.

The client · Colledge & Shields, family law practice, Dumfries
What we did
Targeted specific, lower-competition search terms, keeping click costs down while reaching people with a strong intent to enquire.
Built a new landing page aligned closely with the targeted keywords, testing different calls to action and page layouts to lift conversion rate.
The result
The strategy now generates consistent, high-quality leads month after month. Cost per lead holds between £20–£25 and conversion rates sit at 15–20%. The increase in qualified enquiries has given Colledge & Shields the confidence and capacity to keep expanding their client base.
What it means for you
A smaller budget is not a barrier. It is a discipline. Precision on keywords and a page built to convert are how limited spend becomes a reliable flow of enquiries. We work this way for businesses of every size.

Case study 04 · Weddings & events
Big Day Productions' campaigns were optimised for Instagram profile visits and link clicks instead of leads, generating just 15 enquiries a month on around £4k of spend. The account needed rebuilding around booked enquiries, not vanity engagement.

On the old engagement-led setup

Client work · wedding films and photography by Big Day Productions
What we did
Restructured the account around conversion tracking and conversion-focused campaigns, replacing the old engagement-led setup.
Developed new creative from the client's wedding reels, paired with static ads featuring pricing.
Tested priced and no-price versions against each other to find what actually drove bookings.
The result
Leads jumped to 191 in month two and 240 in month three, with results holding at similar levels since. All within the first month of the new strategy going live. The same budget now produces an enquiries pipeline rather than profile clicks.
What it means for you
If your campaigns are judged on likes, clicks or profile visits, you are paying for activity instead of enquiries. One rebuild around real conversions changed the entire output. We start every programme the same way.

How we measure local campaigns
Separate urgent repair demand from lower-intent research across a defined service area.
Search structure, call tracking and quote-quality feedback by job type.
Success is judged by qualified calls, quotes and booked roofing work, not total clicks.
Match patient acquisition activity to treatments with capacity and commercial value.
Treatment-led campaigns, focused landing pages and appointment-source tracking.
Success is judged by suitable enquiries and attended consultations, not cheap form fills.
Improve lead quality in a considered purchase with a longer follow-up window.
Search and Meta coverage, qualification signals and speed-to-lead automation.
Success is judged by contactable homeowners, surveys and viable installation opportunities.
